So yeah, we moved. I’ll spare the busy details. Wit and I arrived in RVA in October. We transferred (again) with his job. I think we’ll move back to the Pacific Northwest later in life. A chunk of my heart is still there. (A chunk of my heart is still in Minnesota and, of course, my home state, Indiana.) For now, we’re enjoying Richmond. I’m loving the vibe.
Finally FINALLY getting our new home studio running…running enough. We bought our third fixer home. No garage, no basement. That’s new for us. Our workshop is 1/3 the size of our old. We’re making it work. I do miss my big old garage, though.
These pieces are up for grabs to customers in Richmond/Richmond area. They range from $225-$700. I have more coming out that need touch ups from the cross country move and I have several others on the pile for custom orders. Hopefully I get to snap their photos and share in the coming weeks.

Custom orders usually range from $225-$450 for dressers/credenzas/consoles/smaller buffets/etc. and larger pieces(armoires/wardrobes/larger buffets/etc.) can cost more. (I no longer take on kitchen tables, kitchen cabinets, cribs, high chairs, or beds. Some are a pain + the new studio is too small to handle the really big pieces.) That price range often includes new hardware and drawer liner beyond materials and labor. Tax is included in the price. Delivery is available for some pieces for a fee. You can also simply schedule an appointment to see something that caught your eye and take it home with you. We no longer ship. Way too many pieces were damaged, covered by insurance; nonetheless a total bummer. Sales are final.
I’m much more active on Instagram. It’s a much better way to see new pieces and request a hold on that piece. Or show support of what we do. We really appreciate our supporters! You guys are the best!
